Russian President Vladimir Putin depends on a PC running a more established form of Windows.

This was shown by the photographs discharged by the Kremlin.

Pictures show that Putin's PC is running Windows XP, a working framework that Microsoft quit supporting in 2014. At the end of the day, this old working framework makes your PC increasingly defenseless against interruption.

The hazard isn't only hypothetical, as in 2017, malware influenced in excess of 20,000 unfortunate casualties, including the UK's National Health Service, which utilized Windows XP at the time.

Despite the fact that XP is never again upheld, the working framework still has a 2.29% piece of the overall industry around the world, as per NetMarketShare information toward the finish of November this year.

The Guardian newspaper reported that the photos showed Putin in front of a computer in his Kremlin office and a residence in Novo-Ugariyovo, on the outskirts of Moscow.

The Russian news website Open Media reported that the Russian non-governmental Internet Protection Association confirms that the pictures show that both devices are on Windows XP.

Putin is known to not consider the Internet safe. In May, he signed a bill to create the Russian Internet, with a new domain system that would serve as protection against piracy.

Earlier this month, Reuters announced that Russia was preparing to create an encyclopedia to replace Wikipedia.

The law, which entered into force in July, requires smartphones, smart TVs, and computers to be sold with pre-installed Russian software.
